These terms cover the website, Minecraft network, Discord community, and Crafternal store.
Accepting these terms
By using the Crafternal website, Minecraft network, Discord community, store, or related services, you agree to these terms, our Rules, and any additional conditions shown when using a particular service.
Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through your linked Minecraft and Discord accounts. Do not share access, impersonate another person, evade restrictions, or provide false information in reports, appeals, applications, or purchases.
Community conduct
You must follow the Crafternal Rules and reasonable staff instructions. We may restrict or remove access where needed to enforce rules, protect players, investigate abuse, secure the network, or comply with legal obligations.
Purchases and digital goods
Store payments are processed through Tebex and are also subject to the terms presented during checkout. Digital items have no cash value outside the applicable service. Delivery can take several minutes. Contact purchase support if an item is missing or technically defective.
Refunds and chargebacks
Sales are final once digital goods have been delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
Availability and changes
Crafternal may change, suspend, rebalance, replace, or discontinue features, worlds, virtual items, rewards, and services. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Liability and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Crafternal is not responsible for indirect losses arising from service interruption, third-party services, or unauthorised account access.
