We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver website and server features, fulfil purchases, investigate reports, review appeals and applications, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve Crafternal.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Tebex. Crafternal receives the transaction and account details needed to deliver and support a purchase but does not store your payment-card details. Discord, Microsoft, Mojang, hosting, and infrastructure providers may process information when their services are used.
Lawful use and retention
We use information where needed to provide requested services, meet legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests in operating a safe network, or where you have provided consent. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, dispute handling, security, and legal requirements.
Sharing and security
